Salmon

Our wild caught salmon is harvested from the waters of Upper Cook Inlet, home to the world-famous Kenai and Kasilof Rivers. It’s from these waters that our fishermen work hard to bring you the highest quality salmon possible. These fish are well cared for by the fishermen and by our team here in the plant. Choose from Sockeye, Coho, or King Salmon – or help yourself to all 3 salmon species!
